After eight years of service, Kiara is raising funds for a first month of rent and transport to job interviews.

Aarav served eight years in the engineering corps and was discharged in 2024 with a service-related knee injury. He has been waiting fourteen months for support, and meanwhile is sleeping at a brother's place.
The plan: a first month of rent and transport to job interviews. The quote comes to $450.
Aarav is receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and is committed to recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
Money will be paid to the training provider and the landlord directly.
Where the $450 goes:
• Housing deposit and first month: $130
• Essential household items: $85
• Training provider fees: $235

Sending good thoughts, Kiara. I hope things turn around soon. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
It takes guts to ask. Well done. My mother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Love from Cebu City
