Veteran in need: Gerald's next mission is stability
After ten years of service, Gerald is raising funds for a deposit on a one-bedroom apartment.

Everly served ten years in the infantry and was discharged in 2023 with chronic tinnitus. She has been waiting seven months for support, and meanwhile is sleeping at a brother's place.
The plan: a deposit on a one-bedroom apartment. The quote comes to $3,000.
Everly is receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and is committed to recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
I'll post invoices, with personal details hidden.
Where the $3,000 goes:
• Essential household items: $340
• Transport to appointments: $450
• Training provider fees: $2,210
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

This could happen to any of us. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Greetings from Adama
So sorry you're going through this, Gerald. Shared this with my family. Take care
Take care. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Love from Tema.
