Veteran in need: Ezra's next mission is stability
Ezra served fourteen years in the army; $3,100 would cover a deposit on a one-bedroom apartment.

I served fourteen years in the army and was discharged in 2024 with a back injury. I have been waiting eleven months for support, and meanwhile I'm sleeping at my brother's place.
I have a plan: a deposit on a one-bedroom apartment. The quote I have comes to $3,100.
I'm receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and am committed to my recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
I'd be grateful for any help and will share updates on how I'm doing.
I'll post invoices, with personal details hidden.
Where the $3,100 goes:
• Housing deposit and first month: $1,650
• Transport to appointments: $290
• Training provider fees: $1,160
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
