Valve repair surgery for Abosede: covering what insurance won't

Abosede was diagnosed with endometriosis requiring surgery in August. The surgeon at Abuja Orthopedic Institute recommended valve repair surgery, and She is scheduled for November. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,000, and after what my insurance will pay we're still $750 short.
my wife has been in and out of Abuja Orthopedic Institute since August. The doctors say endometriosis requiring surgery will get worse without valve repair surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,000 is more than we can find.
