After a house fire, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Odesa cost $25 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $550 goes:
• 20 therapy sessions: $450
• Psychiatric assessment: $95
• Workbook and resources: $5
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Thinking of you and your family, Valentyna. I hope things turn around soon. Take care!
So sorry you're going through this, Valentyna. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Love from Kraków.
Best of luck, Valentyna. Looking forward to the next update. After 11 years in customer support I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
