Unity Park needs a repair café workshop - Marcel's neighborhood project
Volunteers in Utrecht are raising $2,350 for a repair café workshop at Unity Park.

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a repair café workshop. This year a group of 12 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Unity Park, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $2,350.
It will serve about 201 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in June and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $2,350 goes:
• Safety equipment and signage: $330
• Materials: $1,550
• Tools hire and delivery: $470
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
