Union Primary School needs a skate park - Jan's neighborhood project
Volunteers in Stuttgart are raising $2,050 for a skate park at Union Primary School.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 25 volunteers, including the neighborhood football club, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Union Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $2,050.
It will serve about 270 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $2,050 goes:
• Materials: $1,400
• Permits and inspections: $155
• Safety equipment and signage: $180
• Tools hire and delivery: $315
