Union Primary School needs a community fridge - Shivam's neighborhood project
Volunteers in Mangaluru are raising $400 for a community fridge at Union Primary School.

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a community fridge. This year a group of 10 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Union Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $400.
It will serve about 254 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in March and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $400 goes:
• Tools hire and delivery: $45
• Materials: $290
• Safety equipment and signage: $65
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Wishing you peace, Shivam. Shared it with a few friends.
you're not alone. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Greetings from Jeddah.
Praying for you, Shivam. Projects like this are what make a place worth living in. Take care
