Two weekends of roof repair for Taslima, a widowed grandmother in Dhaka
The roof at Taslima's home is failing; materials are donated and we need hands.

I'm a widowed grandmother living in Dhaka. During the last storm water started coming through the ceiling in 4 places, and the living room is no longer usable. A roofer quoted $760, which isn't something I can pay.
The good news: a local hardware store has donated the roofing sheets and nails. What I don't have is people to do the work. I'm looking for anyone handy who can help over three weekday mornings.
Experience helps, but it isn't essential - I'll have a licensed roofer supervising for safety. All you need is to be comfortable with heights or willing to help from the ground. I'll provide lunch, water and lots of thanks.
The work will be done on the ground and roof with proper harnesses. If you can only help for a few hours, that's welcome too.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Hang in there. Hope you get there. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Love from Boulogne-Billancourt
Sending good thoughts, Taslima. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Don't give up. All the best
