Two weekends of roof repair for Chinedu, a night-shift nurse in Awka
Chinedu, a night-shift nurse, needs a few skilled and unskilled helpers for a 1-weekend roof repair in Awka.

I'm a night-shift nurse living in Awka. During the last storm water started coming through the ceiling in 2 places, and the kids' bedroom is no longer usable. A roofer quoted $370, which isn't something I can pay.
The good news: a local hardware store has donated the tiles and battens. What I don't have is people to do the work. I'm looking for a small crew who can help over one long weekend.
Experience helps, but it isn't essential - I'll have a licensed roofer supervising for safety. All you need is work boots and a hat. I'll provide lunch, water and lots of thanks.
The work will be done on the ground and roof with proper harnesses. If you can only help for a few hours, that's welcome too.
Thanks for being kind about this.

thanks for sharing this, Chinedu. Hope this works out for you. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it.
