Temporary foster for Biscuit while Anna recovers in hospital

I'm going into hospital for surgery on Wednesday, for about 5 weeks, and I have no family nearby to look after Biscuit, my eleven-year-old labrador. Biscuit is gentle, house-trained, good with children and other animals.
I'm looking for a temporary foster within Novosibirsk. I'll provide food, bedding and medication, and cover the vet costs. Biscuit is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
I'd love to share regular updates and photos, and I'd love to pay it forward by volunteering at the shelter when I'm better.
