Tushar lives with muscular dystrophy. The occupational therapist at the Bhopal Rehabilitation Centre has assessed him and recommended a prosthetic leg. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $100. His current equipment is 9 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 7 weeks. With the right equipment Tushar could go outside without waiting for someone to push. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered. Where the $100 goes: • Fitting and training sessions: $25 • Delivery and set-up: $10 • First-year servicing plan: $65 Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.
