The registrar has said Yves can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Yves has a top-ten-percent average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Yves would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Yves isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the the Boulogne-Billancourt Institute of Technology bursar's office.       It's all in the list in the story. final term tuition is the big one at $1,900, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. Good question.
