Tuition fund for Willem: a computer science degree at Johannesburg Polytechnic

Willem is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a computer science degree at Johannesburg Polytechnic, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,300. The registrar has said Willem can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Willem has a 3.6 average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Willem would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Willem isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Johannesburg Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
