Tuition fund for Wahyu: a teaching qualification at the Medan Institute of Technology

Wahyu is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a teaching qualification at the Medan Institute of Technology, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,000. The registrar has said Wahyu can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Wahyu has a 3.9 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Wahyu would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Wahyu isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the the Medan Institute of Technology bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $1,000 goes: • Outstanding tuition balance: $410 • Final term tuition: $490 • Exam and lab fees: $40 • Textbooks and materials: $60 I hope life is good to you.
