Tuition fund for Volkan: an electrical engineering diploma at Ankara Polytechnic
A first-generation student, Volkan needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of an electrical engineering diploma.

Volkan is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an electrical engineering diploma at Ankara Polytechnic, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $950.
The registrar has said Volkan can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Volkan has a 3.9 average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Volkan would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Volkan isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
