Tuition fund for Utami: a teaching qualification at Jakarta Selatan Polytechnic
A first-generation student, Utami needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of a teaching qualification.

Utami is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a teaching qualification at Jakarta Selatan Polytechnic, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $600.
The registrar has said Utami can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Utami has a 3.8 average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Utami would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Utami isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Jakarta Selatan Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.

• Final term tuition: $290
• Exam and lab fees: $35
• Textbooks and materials: $25
