Tuition fund for Tuğba: a teaching qualification at Bornova State College

Tuğba is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a teaching qualification at Bornova State College, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $750. The registrar has said Tuğba can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Tuğba has a 3.9 average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Tuğba would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Tuğba isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
