Tuition fund for Theo: a teaching qualification at Berlin State College

Theo is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a teaching qualification at Berlin State College, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $3,850. The registrar has said Theo can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Theo has a 3.6 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Theo would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Theo isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Berlin State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $3,850 goes: • Outstanding tuition balance: $1,450 • Final term tuition: $1,850 • Exam and lab fees: $250 • Textbooks and materials: $300 Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself. - Ida
