Tammy is one term away from finishing an electrical engineering diploma but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $4,050.

Tammy is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an electrical engineering diploma at Yonkers State College, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $4,050.
The registrar has said Tammy can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Tammy has a 3.6 average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Tammy would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Tammy isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Yonkers State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $4,050 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $2,600
• Final term tuition: $1,050
• Exam and lab fees: $100
• Textbooks and materials: $300
Every share and every dollar helps.
