Tuition fund for Shivam: a teaching qualification at Kolkata State College

Shivam is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a teaching qualification at Kolkata State College, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $500.
The registrar has said Shivam can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Shivam has a 3.6 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Shivam would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Shivam isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $500 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $170
• Final term tuition: $230
• Exam and lab fees: $45
• Textbooks and materials: $55
