Tuition fund for Shapla: a nursing degree at Gazipur Community College
A first-generation student, Shapla needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of a nursing degree.

Shapla is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a nursing degree at Gazipur Community College, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $550.
The registrar has said Shapla can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Shapla has a 3.8 average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Shapla would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Shapla isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $550 goes:
• Exam and lab fees: $10
• Outstanding tuition balance: $165
• Final term tuition: $375
With deep gratitude,
