Sapna is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an electrical engineering diploma at the Indore Institute of Technology, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $450.
The registrar has said Sapna can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Sapna has a 3.6 average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Sapna would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Sapna isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the the Indore Institute of Technology bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $450 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $210
• Final term tuition: $160
• Exam and lab fees: $20
• Textbooks and materials: $60
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

Good luck, Anjali. Your post was clear and honest. We're a small family in Manila but we're thinking of you. Thinking of Indore.
I hope things turn around soon. I'm in accounting myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Greetings from Bhaktapur
