Ryszard is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a law degree at Warsaw Polytechnic, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $900. The registrar has said Ryszard can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Ryszard has a 3.9 average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Ryszard would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Ryszard isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Warsaw Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $900 goes: • Exam and lab fees: $115 • Textbooks and materials: $100 • Outstanding tuition balance: $685 Thank you for reading my story. - Bartosz

Sure. The biggest one is exam and lab fees, $115. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Ask me anything else.
