Tuition fund for Rocío: an electrical engineering diploma at Córdoba University

Rocío is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an electrical engineering diploma at Córdoba University, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $750. The registrar has said Rocío can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Rocío has a 3.9 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Rocío would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Rocío isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Córdoba University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $750 goes: • Exam and lab fees: $30 • Outstanding tuition balance: $600 • Textbooks and materials: $120 If you're reading this, thank you.
