The registrar has said Rahima can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Rahima has a top-ten-percent average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Rahima would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Rahima isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Gazipur Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
