Tuition fund for Quyên: an electrical engineering diploma at Da Nang University

Quyên is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an electrical engineering diploma at Da Nang University, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $550. The registrar has said Quyên can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Quyên has a 3.9 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Quyên would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Quyên isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Da Nang University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $550 goes: • Outstanding tuition balance: $290 • Final term tuition: $185 • Exam and lab fees: $20 • Textbooks and materials: $55 If you're reading this, thank you.
