He has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $550. The registrar has said Qasim can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Qasim has a top-ten-percent average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Qasim would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Qasim isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the the Multan Institute of Technology bursar's office.
