Tuition fund for Pravin: a degree in social work at Pretoria University

Pravin is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a degree in social work at Pretoria University, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,350. The registrar has said Pravin can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Pravin has a top-ten-percent average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Pravin would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Pravin isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees. Where the $1,350 goes: • Outstanding tuition balance: $630 • Textbooks and materials: $95 • Final term tuition: $625 Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
