Tuition fund for Pieter: a law degree at Richards Bay State College

Pieter is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a law degree at Richards Bay State College, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,400. The registrar has said Pieter can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Pieter has a top-ten-percent average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Pieter would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
