Tuition fund for Papa: a degree in social work at Tema Community College

Papa is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a degree in social work at Tema Community College, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $350.
The registrar has said Papa can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Papa has a distinction average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Papa would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Papa isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Tema Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
