Tuition fund for Oshadi: an electrical engineering diploma at Galle University

Oshadi is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an electrical engineering diploma at Galle University, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $700. The registrar has said Oshadi can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Oshadi has a distinction average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Oshadi would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Oshadi isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Galle University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
