Tuition fund for Maricel: a law degree at Davao City State College

Maricel is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a law degree at Davao City State College, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $450. The registrar has said Maricel can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Maricel has a distinction average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Maricel would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Maricel isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Davao City State College bursar's office.
