Tuition fund for Marcos: a teaching qualification at San Jose University
Marcos has worked and saved for four years to study a teaching qualification; a $1,700 gap now stands between him and graduation.

Marcos is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a teaching qualification at San Jose University, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,700.
The registrar has said Marcos can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Marcos has a top-ten-percent average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Marcos would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Marcos isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the San Jose University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $1,700 goes:
• Exam and lab fees: $300
• Textbooks and materials: $220
• Outstanding tuition balance: $1,180
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Your post was clear and honest. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Love from Bhopal.
Thinking of you, Jorge. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. God bless!
You're not alone, Jorge. Looking forward to the next update. I went through something like this 9 years ago and strangers helped me out. Blessings
