Tuition fund for Iván: a pharmacy diploma at San Miguel de Tucumán State College

Iván is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a pharmacy diploma at San Miguel de Tucumán State College, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $950. The registrar has said Iván can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Iván has a 3.6 average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Iván would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Iván isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees. Where the $950 goes: • Exam and lab fees: $30 • Outstanding tuition balance: $810 • Textbooks and materials: $110 I hope life is good to you.
