Tuition fund for Ines: a computer science degree at Cairo State College

Ines is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a computer science degree at Cairo State College, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $350. The registrar has said Ines can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Ines has a 3.6 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Ines would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
