Tuition fund for Ilham: a computer science degree at Bekasi Polytechnic
Ilham is one term away from finishing a computer science degree but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $800.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a computer science degree at Bekasi Polytechnic, and I'm one term away from graduating. I have worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $800.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a 3.8 average, and my professor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Bekasi Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $800 goes:
• Textbooks and materials: $55
• Outstanding tuition balance: $210
• Final term tuition: $535
Thanks for being kind about this.

Take care. I hope things turn around soon. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Love from Eldoret.
