She has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $300. The registrar has said Hiba can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Hiba has a 3.9 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Hiba would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Hiba isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
