Dennis is two terms away from finishing a computer science degree but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $3,250.

Dennis is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a computer science degree at Hamilton Community College, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $3,250.
The registrar has said Dennis can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Dennis has a top-ten-percent average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Dennis would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Dennis isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Hamilton Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $3,250 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $1,150
• Final term tuition: $1,550
• Exam and lab fees: $310
• Textbooks and materials: $240
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.
