Tuition fund for Chai: an electrical engineering diploma at the Chiang Mai Institute of Technology

Chai is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an electrical engineering diploma at the Chiang Mai Institute of Technology, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $950. The registrar has said Chai can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Chai has a 3.6 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Chai would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Chai isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees. Where the $950 goes: • Exam and lab fees: $45 • Final term tuition: $300 • Outstanding tuition balance: $605 Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
