Tuition fund for Carolina: a computer science degree at Brasília Polytechnic

Carolina is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a computer science degree at Brasília Polytechnic, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,300. The registrar has said Carolina can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Carolina has a distinction average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Carolina would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Carolina isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
