Ariana is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an electrical engineering diploma at Los Angeles Community College, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $6,000.
The registrar has said Ariana can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Ariana has a first-class average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Ariana would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Ariana isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $6,000 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $1,950
• Final term tuition: $3,750
• Exam and lab fees: $140
• Textbooks and materials: $160
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

hope it all works out. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. It's not much but it's yours. All the best
Hope it all works out, Asher. Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. My neighbor in Tampa donated after I showed her your page. Love from Tampa.
Thinking of you, Asher. Looking forward to the next update. God bless.
