Tuition fund for Apio: an agriculture degree at Eldoret Community College
Apio is one semester away from finishing an agriculture degree but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $550.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying an agriculture degree at Eldoret Community College, and I'm one semester away from graduating. I have worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $550.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a top-ten-percent average, and my academic advisor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $550 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $175
• Final term tuition: $310
• Textbooks and materials: $65
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

hang in there. Hope you get there. I went through something like this 13 years ago and strangers helped me out.
Sending strength, Apio. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Thinking of Eldoret.
Hang in there. Shared this with my family. My sister had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Take care.
