Tuition fund for Alyona: a pharmacy diploma at Novosibirsk University

Alyona is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a pharmacy diploma at Novosibirsk University, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,300. The registrar has said Alyona can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Alyona has a first-class average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Alyona would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
