Tuition fund for Abena: an electrical engineering diploma at Ho Polytechnic
A first-generation student, Abena needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of an electrical engineering diploma.

Abena is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an electrical engineering diploma at Ho Polytechnic, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $800.
The registrar has said Abena can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Abena has a distinction average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Abena would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Abena isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Ho Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.

• Final term tuition: $480
• Exam and lab fees: $50
• Textbooks and materials: $20
