Tuấn needs my pickup repaired to get back to work in Thủ Đức
Tuấn drives for a living in Thủ Đức, and a broken fuel pump has stopped all income for 8 weeks.
🇻🇳 Hồ Chí Minh City, Vietnam1,346 views
I make my living with my pickup. 8 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $250. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my wife and our newborn. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $250 goes:
• fuel pump replacement (parts): $145
• Labor charges: $55
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $35
• Towing and inspection: $15
Thanks for being kind about this.

Stay strong, Tuấn. Hope this works out for you. After 29 years in public service I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
