Trupti needs an adapted tricycle - help us make it happen
An adapted tricycle would give Trupti independence - we are $1,100 away.

I live with multiple sclerosis. My occupational therapist at the Pune Mobility Clinic has assessed me and recommended an adapted tricycle. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,100.
My current equipment is 9 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 6 weeks.
With the right equipment I could get to the shops and visit friends. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $1,100 goes:
• adapted tricycle: $1,000
• Fitting and training sessions: $20
• Delivery and set-up: $25
• First-year servicing plan: $55
Thank you for reading my story.

How is Trupti doing now?
Good luck, Trupti. Hope you get there
Hope things get better soon. I hope things turn around soon. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like.
Rooting for you, Trupti. Hope this works out for you.
so sorry you're going through this, Trupti. Get well soon. After 6 years in engineering I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
So sorry you're going through this. Your post was clear and honest. Put this on a community board in Duluth this morning. Thinking of Pune
