Trisha's acute lymphoblastic leukemia treatment fund
Supporting Trisha through acute lymphoblastic leukemia: medication, transport to Caloocan Regional Medical Center, and living costs while She can't work.
🇵🇭 Philippines1,385 views
In August I was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. My oncology team at Caloocan Regional Medical Center has planned 10 rounds of treatment, and the first starts in November. I was told to expect about 8 weeks away from work.
I never imagined I'd be writing something like this. I'm 27, I worked as a bus conductor until August, and I have been the main earner for my household.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, transport to Caloocan Regional Medical Center 3 times a week, and the income I have lost add up quickly.
My family is doing everything they can, but we've already sold what we could and are borrowing for groceries.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $400 goes:
• Transport to Caloocan Regional Medical Center: $80
• Household costs while unable to work: $250
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $70
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

thanks for sharing this. Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick. We're a small family in San Jose but we're thinking of you.
Can I help in a way that isn't money? I'm near Caloocan.
Sharing the link is the biggest thing. And if you know anything about transport to Caloocan Regional Medical Center, advice is welcome too. Fair thing to want to know.
