After a violent robbery, Trevor has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at the Half-Way Tree Counselling Collective cost $40 each. Trevor has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Trevor could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
