Tomer's cataract surgery can't wait - please help us cover the bill
Tomer needs cataract surgery at Tel Aviv Orthopedic Institute and the family is $4,550 short of the hospital's estimate.

Tomer was diagnosed with endometriosis requiring surgery in July. The surgeon at Tel Aviv Orthopedic Institute recommended cataract surgery, and He is scheduled for September. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $7,500, and after what the government subsidy will pay we're still $4,550 short.
my brother has been in and out of Tel Aviv Orthopedic Institute since July. The doctors say endometriosis requiring surgery will get worse without cataract surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $7,500 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Tomer struggles with daily life and can't walk without help. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
The recovery period is expected to take about 7 weeks. During that time Tomer won't be able to walk without help, so the costs keep growing.
